Ms. Ridley’s interest in Real Estate was sparked while purchasing her first home.  Since that time, she completed the Real Estate Salesperson courses at New Jersey City University and is currently a licensed real estate agent in the state of New Jersey.

Denise has worn many hats over the years.  This is clearly displayed by her involvement in organizations, community concerns, and community service activities.  Ms. Ridley is currently a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, National Coalition of 100 Black
Women, and Rotary International.  She serves on the school board for Marist High School and is also a member of the Jersey City Public Safety Review Board.  She was elected Committeewoman for Jersey City’s Ward A District 32 in June 2013 and re-elected in the 2015 election.  She participates in many community service projects and has organized many outreach programs such as coat drives, food distributions, and prison outreach.  In 2012, Denise received the Woman of Action Award from the City of Jersey City.  In 2015, she received the Fannie Lou Hamer Award from the North Jersey Chapter of National Action Network.
