Welcome to the “Boot My Ride, JC” community forum where you have the opportunity to share their horror stories about how you felt when you found out the Jersey City Parking Authority put an illegal boot on your car.
As you’ve probably heard, Councilman Fulop recently exposed the fact that the JCPA has been illegally booting vehicles on the first offense (cars are only allowed to be booted if owners are found to have outstanding violations) to drive revenue for the city.
While fighting to return some of the illegal begotten fines for booting victims, we are reaching out to the community to find out just how many of you got “the boot” and didn’t deserve it.
